His earlier career spanned corporate lending and structured financing at Future Capital, Edelweiss Capital, Deutsche Bank, and IDBI Bank, with deep expertise in loan syndication, capital market financing, sponsor financing, and special situation transactions.
Chartered Accountant with over three decades of leadership experience across global corporates, specializing in finance, outsourcing, and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). Held senior roles with leading organizations including Accenture, American Express, and HP. Currently, Partner with Quintes Global and Consultant with Centre of Connecting, Learning and Innovation. Actively engaged in grooming talent and building careers in a rapidly changing business environment.
Swati Kamat is a Engineering Professional with 35 plus years of experience in Telecom management and has held Senior leadership positions in Govt of India, Tech Mahindra, Airtel and Ericsson. She graduated from Indore University and Joined Government of India as a class 1 officer holding important positions in various parts of the country. She moved to Private Sector, working in Executive leadership roles in Tech Mahindra handling presales, in Airtel as CTO and Sr VP and In Ericsson handling large scale Managed Services for Telcom operators throughout the Globe as head of Service Delivery. Apart from technical expertise in telecom she has been an inspirational leader and has taken interest and an active role in developing guiding and mentoring in all the companies she has worked for. In last few years, she has been spearheading the lot of talent management and Mentoring initiatives across global teams to develop the young generation for leadership roles and Middle managers for Senior Leadership roles. His work has spanned program management, service delivery, and large-scale telecom systems integration across the Nigerian and broader African telecom landscape.

He possesses a comprehensive understanding of technical and financial facets in the realm of information and communications technology. A clinical psychologist with a uniquely multidisciplinary career spanning over two decades. Currently Chief Psychologist at Anantya Healthcare and a part-time Clinical Psychologist at Unikon.ai, he also serves as Head Counsellor - Psychology at Sukham. Prior to his transition into mental health, he built an accomplished career in media and broadcast — including production and creative leadership roles at Radio Hamara, World Space Satellite Radio, and a Medical Music Therapy research program at Apollo Hospitals — and taught media psychology and mass communication as a Professor at the Institute of Management Studies, Noida.
